To return a Coyote T-shirts & More product: You must contact us before making a return. To contact us simply email us at email@example.com. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, the order number, what you would like to return and why you want to return it.
What can be returned: Only product that is customized differently than requested by customer. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply will not be eligible for any refund.
What cannot be returned: Any correctly customized product is not subject to refund or replacement. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase even if there is mistake in customization. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return and get refunded.
Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: No return for exchange is allowed.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
Refund: To refund the money back to the transaction card used at the time of placing order, there will be deduction of 4% charges of total price of the order while refunding. There will be an additional deduction of 10% restocking charges of the total amount of the order, which will be calculated at the time of the refund. If there is any fees included in your order, related to your artwork (e.g. digitization or improvement in the quality of provided artwork) will not be refunded.
